By accessing or using HelloShare ("the Service"), operated by HelloShare ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HelloShare is a social media management platform that allows users to compose, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms from a single dashboard. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information to keep it current.

4. Connected Social Accounts

The Service requires you to authorize access to your social media accounts via OAuth or other authentication methods. By connecting your accounts, you grant HelloShare permission to post content, read analytics, and perform actions on your behalf as permitted by each platform's API. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your accounts within the Service or through the respective platform's settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content

8. Service Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloShare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
