Common questions
Do free links ever expire?
No. Free links last forever. You can keep up to 25 active at a time.
What analytics does Free include?
Total clicks on every link and a 7-day clicks chart. Pro adds country, city, referrer, device and browser breakdowns, a recent-clicks table, 90 days of history, the all-links overview and CSV export.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes, from Settings. Pro stays active until the end of the billing period, then your account drops to the Free limits. Links keep working.
What happens to my links if I downgrade?
Nothing breaks. Every link keeps redirecting. If you have more than 25 links you can't create new ones until you trash some, and Pro-only options like passwords and expiration stay on the links that already have them.
Is there an API?
Yes, on both plans. Free gets 100 requests per hour, Pro gets 1,000. See the API docs.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
The Free plan is the trial. Use it as long as you like, then upgrade when you want the full analytics.
